We are happy to give you a full refund or re-ship your item;
- If your order was not received within 10 working days (20 working days for international orders)
- If you return the item(s) back to us in it's original condition and packaging
- If the product was damaged in transit to the point where it is unusable
- If you are not happy with the quality of the product
- If you change your mind within 14 days
We generally re-ship the lost or damaged items the next working day.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days, however depending on your method of payment, it may take a few more days to appear in your bank/card statement.
